Rick has specialized in all types of individual and group medical plans, term and permanent life insurance, dental insurance, medicare supplement plans and prescription drug plans. Rick also has advised many on retirement plans, annuities, and the reasons and purposes of wills and trusts. Since each individual or business is unique, Rick will spend whatever time is necessary to reach the best solution for any need. Rick has represented Germania Life Insurance Company for 22 years and has received numerous awards.
Rick has been a life long resident of Luling. He has been married to his wife Pam Patterson Carter since 1982 and they have 5 children and 10 grandchildren. Rick and Pam volunteer in many civic and community activities.
